What is the project?

The Royal Arcade development scheme is to be delivered in two phases. Phase one is due to be completed by spring 2024 with the delivery of a new bus station and multi-storey car park.

Phase two of the scheme will see the introduction of meanwhile (temporary) users on the site until a more permanent use can be delivered.
