Problem
Grade II Listed Market hall required major remodelling to ensure it can adapt to play a new role in a much-changed retail and leisure environment and attract more people into the town centre.
Solution
Major remodelling of the Market Hall and appointment of a commercial operator (Market Asset Management Ltd) with market expertise to manage this and all of Crewe’s markets.
